How To: Install Wad on to Nintendo Wii for homebrews and hacks

Wtf whatta fk i dun understand,what is folder in sd-card to put those wads?

here is a little tutorial...

- make a folder called "wad"
- put your "wad" programs in there ( a wad-program always ends with ".wad"

note: WAD-installer ain't a ".wad" file !!! you have to put wad-installer. elf or .dol in the root of your sd card
It depends on what firmware you have on your WII!!!
- use wad-installer.elf if you have firmware 3.3
- use wad-installer.dol if you have firmware 3.4
- Now change the name from "wad-installer.elf
to "boot.elf"(only when you have firmware 3.3!!!)
- or change "wad-installer.dol" to "boot.dol" ( only if you hav firmware 3.4 or higher...

you also have to use twilight hack to start wad-installer!!!
to use twilight hack you need:

- twilight hack (go to http://hbc.hackmii.com/download/ )
you need "twilight hack v0.1 -beta1" if you have firmware 3.3 on your wii
for firmare 3.4 or higher you need "twilight hack v.0.1 -beta2"

i know when i press a nothing happens...
but if you read you can see "press A or reset to continue"
so press reset and it will work...

If i install the twilight hack is it going to mess with my twilight game in any way?

hey im stuck at the beginning here. my sd card is an 8gb PNY. it wont format. I checked the lock on the card to be sure. I dont have a FAT option when formatting. I just have a FAT32 and FATex. It wont let me format. Anyone know why?
